What’s involved in lectures, tutorials and readings and how should you approach them? Where can you go for help? This initial T2C lecture is essential for helping you get off to a flying start as a Commerce student. Lecture Two: All your work? Stealing and academic honesty What is plagiarism and what are its consequences? What can be done to avoid it? Effective revision strategies and approaches on the day are critical. Who attends? If you are a Bachelor of Commerce student you will automatically be enrolled in T2C and timetabled into a lecture, so you'll need to check your timetable. Why is it important?Starting university is both exciting and challenging. There is lots to learn about adjusting to the kind of teaching and learning required at university, what to do with all those non-teaching hours in the week, how to get the most out of an Intro Microeconomics lecture when you're sitting with 499 others, and that's just for a start.
If you're not sure where to go, have a look at the list of lecture theatres. There's also a link to campus maps to help you find your way around. T2C Lecture slidesLecture slides for Semester Two will be displayed after each T2C lecture |
