Cultural diversity

Studying in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce is a wonderful opportunity to meet and learn with students from all parts of the world, broadening your horizons and opening up your eyes to different perspectives. It can also be a way of making new friends or networking with people who may be able to help your career.

Make the most out of cultural diversity by making an effort to communicate with students from other cultures - even if it seems intimidating at first.

You can build your learning community by:

• Joining a study group
• Joining the First-Year Peer Mentor Program or the Graduate Peer Mentor Program (as either a mentor or mentee)
• Finding a study partner
• Talking with other students in tutorials
• Joining the PASS program
• Joining a student club or society
