GroupWorks

GroupWorks is a peer and self-assessment tool which requires you to rate yourself and your other group/syndicate members in relation to a specific task (such as an assignment) based on a set of predetermined criteria, such as the extent to which group members:

• prepare for group meetings
• listen attentively and non-defensively to all points of view
• engage constructively in discussion and debate
• demonstrate a good work ethic (i.e. do their fair share of the work).

All students in your group will be asked to complete and electronically submit the peer review form one or more times throughout the semester. For some subjects, you'll receive a confidential report that shows your average ranking for each review stage, and a final report at the end of the semester. Please note that the peer feedback process is strictly confidential. Individual peer feedback responses will not be disclosed. Only averages will be provided.
