Critical Analysis and Learning (CALM)

The CALM system allows you to submit a response or an essay by a due date. After the due date, the CALM system switches into comment mode and you can browse other student responses from your own tutorial, before providing a critical review or comment on one of the responses. You will be assessed on your original response and your comment on the other student's work.

The CALM system is a useful tool because it gives you feedback on your understanding of the assignment topic, and enables you to compare your work against assignments submitted by other students.
