Staff enquiries

The TLU provides a range of online learning tools to subjects in the Faculty of Economics and Commerce. These tools are designed to enhance students' learning experiences and to streamline processes, and have been developed following extensive collaboration with academic staff.

Student enquiries

Student who might need help with one of the TLU online tools are able to get fast, friendly support by emailing the TLU Helpdesk.

Please keep in mind that support is only available for technical problems relating to TLU online programs. Support is available from 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday. You can place a support request after hours or on a weekend, however you will not receive a reply until the next working day.

Support cannot be provided to troubleshoot problems with your own computer. If you're unsure about the stability of your computer, please use one of the labs on campus instead.

Any queries relating to the Learning Management System (LMS) should be directed to the LMS Helpdesk and questions relating to Webraft should be directed to the Information Division.
